Whole-house window colour changes

Across St George and the Shire there are thousands of solid family homes built with cream, beige or bronze aluminium windows. The windows still work perfectly, but the colour dates the house. This is where a whole-home colour change makes the biggest difference: every window, sliding door and stacker recoated in one consistent new colour, most often black or monument, without a single frame coming out.

Compared with new windows, there's no re-glazing, no rendering or plastering around openings, and no waiting weeks for manufacture. You get the new-window look, and the house keeps working around you while we go room by room.

Waterfront homes on the Bay and the beaches

Homes along Botany Bay at Sans Souci and Brighton-Le-Sands, and on the water around Cronulla and Gymea Bay, deal with salt and strong sun. Waterfront balustrades, handrails on jetty stairs, pool fences and ocean-facing frames all lose their finish faster than the rest of the house. We clean off salt, treat any corrosion, prime and recoat in place.

We work floor by floor, supply resident notices, and give the committee a clear, itemised scope to table, so the building can be refreshed without a special levy for replacement.
