How we work on the Gold Coast

We're based in Sydney, with no Gold Coast office. We bring our crew up for projects that justify the trip: strata towers with balustrades and windows due for refurbishment, luxury homes wanting a whole-home colour change, and builders needing defects fixed or a finish changed on site. Planning the work around one focused visit keeps it efficient.

Salt air on high-rise buildings

Gold Coast high-rises are some of the most exposed buildings in the country. Balconies and balustrades on upper floors catch strong wind straight off the ocean, carrying salt onto every surface. Window frames and balustrades on the ocean side fade, chalk and corrode much faster than those facing inland, so a building can look patchy from the beach.

Replacing balustrades and frames across a tower is a huge project. Respraying them on site is a fraction of the cost, keeps residents in their apartments, and gives the whole building a consistent colour again. We work floor by floor, supply resident notices, and give the committee a clear, itemised scope to table.

Luxury homes

On the canals and beachfront, luxury homes have large window walls, long balustrade runs, pool fences and gates, all facing salt and sun. A respray on site gives them a new finish and colour without removing anything. We clean away salt, treat corrosion, prime for the specific metal, and finish with a hard-wearing topcoat.
