How we work in Melbourne

We're a Sydney-based business without a Melbourne office, and we're upfront about that. We bring our crew to Melbourne for projects where it makes sense: whole-home window and door colour changes, larger balustrade and staircase jobs, and builders who need defects fixed or a finish changed on site. We plan the trip around the job, so the work is done in one focused visit.

Prestige homes in Toorak and beyond

Toorak and the surrounding inner-east suburbs have some of Melbourne's finest homes, and the metalwork on them is often custom: gates, balustrades, staircases and window walls made to an architect's spec. When that finish wears or the owners want a new look, replacing it means refabrication. We recoat it in place instead, colour-matched to the existing finish or a new sample, in solid, metallic or pearl and any gloss level.

Period homes in Canterbury

Canterbury and the leafy eastern suburbs are full of period and character homes, many with later aluminium or steel windows added during renovations. Those frames are often a dated colour that clashes with the original features. A respray lets you choose a colour that suits the home's era, from heritage-style dark tones to soft whites, without touching the glazing.

Melbourne's climate is different from Sydney's. There's less salt in most suburbs, but big temperature swings, cold wet winters and hot summer days still break down tired finishes. Proper prep and a hard-wearing topcoat matter just as much.

For Melbourne builders, we fix scratched or mismatched powder coat on site before handover, and coat steel stairs and balustrades after install, colour-matched to spec. SWMS and insurance certificates are available on request.
