Harbourside homes on steep blocks

Mosman and the harbour side of the Lower North Shore have some of Sydney's most exposed and hardest-to-reach metalwork. Homes stepped down steep blocks, long runs of balustrade on multiple decks, and window walls facing straight onto the water. Salt and sun break down the finish, and replacing frames or balustrades on a site like this can mean cranes, scaffolding and months of disruption.

Respraying on site avoids almost all of that. We bring our equipment to the frame, plan access around the block, and mask the surrounding stone, timber and glass. The home keeps its existing metalwork and gets a new colour and a protective finish.

Commercial and strata towers

In North Sydney and the CBD, our work shifts to buildings. Lift doors and reveals get scratched and dated long before the lift itself needs replacing. Shopfront frames, lobby trims, handrails and balustrades in common areas all show wear in high-traffic buildings. We recoat them in place, colour-matched to the building, and work around tenants, residents and trading hours, including early starts and weekends by arrangement.

For building managers and strata committees we provide a clear, itemised scope, and SWMS and insurance documents on request, so the work can be approved and scheduled without fuss.

A real Mosman project

In Mosman we colour-matched door trims on site in a custom metallic. The existing finish had worn, and the owners wanted the trims to sit perfectly with the surrounding doors and stonework. Matching a metallic by eye on site takes care, and it's the kind of detail work we enjoy.
